Innam Dustgir is a Pakistani entrepreneur who has been building businesses for 9 years. He is the Founder of Sirajia Sol, the Founder & CEO of InSol Technologies, and the Founder of DeepWall. He builds and operates companies across technology, AI, healthcare, digital growth, and SaaS, and is based in Pakistan.

My journey started with freelancing and the support of my family.

Over time, I moved from building projects for clients to building companies of my own.

I chose to bootstrap rather than rely on outside investors, learning through clients, deadlines, teams, and the realities of building businesses from the ground up.

How I work now

As I built more businesses, my role evolved.

My focus is on building strong teams, empowering leaders, and on strategy, systems, and long-term direction.

Operating partners lead day-to-day execution, giving capable people the responsibility to run the work while I remain focused on building the business and its foundation.

The approach is simple: build, stabilize, put the right people in charge, and then build again.

I'm based in Pakistan, while my work extends beyond Pakistan.

The geography may change, but the standard remains the same: strong people, effective systems, and disciplined execution.
