I'm Not Chasing Money. I'm Building Something Bigger.

I'm not just building businesses. I'm building something that can last beyond me. As an entrepreneur from Pakistan, that idea shapes how I think about every company I work on and every decision I make.

I'm involved in multiple businesses, with different teams, different challenges, and different opportunities. Over 9 years, that has meant building Sirajia Sol, Insol Technologies, and DeepWall.

And honestly, it's not only about making more money.

What building businesses actually means to me

I enjoy building.

  • Building companies.
  • Building teams.
  • Creating opportunities for people.
  • Building strong relationships.
  • Working with ambitious people and watching them grow.

When people hear "building businesses," they often picture products, revenue, and growth charts. Those matter. But the part I enjoy most is everything around them. The people who join. The trust that forms between them. The moment someone takes on more responsibility than they thought they could handle, and handles it well.

A company is not only what it sells. It is the people inside it and the relationships it creates along the way. That is the part I find most worth building.

Money is a result, not the mission

For me, money is a result of creating something valuable. It gives you freedom and options, but it is not the whole purpose.

I want to be clear about this, because it is easy to misunderstand. I am not against money. A business that doesn't make money can't hire people, can't create opportunities, and can't last. Profit is what keeps the whole thing standing.

But when money becomes the only goal, decisions start to look different. You cut the things that don't show up in this quarter's numbers. You stop investing in people who need time to grow. You choose the quick deal over the strong relationship.

When you focus on creating real value, money tends to follow. And the business you end up with is one you are actually proud of.

I want to build businesses that create opportunities, develop people, and bring good people together.

Building from Pakistan for the world

I also want to represent Pakistan positively on a global level.

Build from Pakistan. Work with people around the world. Build international relationships. And show what Pakistani entrepreneurs and teams can create.

This matters to me personally. Pakistan has talented, hardworking, ambitious people. Too often, the world doesn't see that side of the story. I believe one of the best ways to change that is not by talking about it, but by building things that speak for themselves.

Every good piece of work, every relationship built on trust, every team that delivers what it promised, adds to a different picture of what is possible from here. I want to be part of building that picture.

You don't have to leave home to build something that matters globally. You can build from where you are and still work with the world.

Success is more than what you own

I don't believe success is only about what you own.

Sometimes it's about the people you helped, the opportunities you created, the relationships you built, and the things you leave behind.

Ownership is easy to measure. You can count it. People helped and relationships built are harder to measure, but in many ways they last longer. A person you gave a real chance to may go on to build something of their own. A relationship built on trust can open doors for years. Those things keep growing long after a single deal is done.

When I think about what it means to build something that can last beyond me, this is what I mean. Not only companies that keep running, but people who keep growing and relationships that keep creating value.

The mission behind the money

So yes, I want to make money.

But I don't want money to be the mission.

The mission is to build, create, connect, and leave something meaningful behind.

If you are building something of your own, it is worth asking what your mission is underneath the numbers. Knowing that answer makes the hard days easier and the right decisions clearer.
